Abstract

This issue of the journal marks our 10th anniversary, a milestone that offers an opportunity to reflect on the progress made in gastroenterology and hepatology since we last took stock, 5 years ago. In addition, although not exhaustive, the issue features a number of Comments highlighting the advances made in many key areas and speculating on what the coming decade might hold.
